Protect Yourself from Identity Theft

Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in the United States. Our most recent scare with the Equifax Breach has left many credit users wondering what they need to do to protect themselves from this invasion of privacy and what they can do to prevent the next one. In this class, you will learn what identity theft is (it’s not just about your credit), how to minimize your risk of being a victim, and what to do if you suspect or are already a victim.
The class is free; the information is invaluable.
Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information or reasonable accommodations need to contact Karen Richel one week before the event at 200 S. Almon Street, Suite 201, Moscow, ID 83843, phone: 208-883-2241.
