Summary of Duties
NCDF LOAN OFFICER HR-17-102 part-time or contractual based on the availability of funding.
To oversee the loan services and program budget accounting system of the Fund. Responsible for regulation compliance, reporting and conducting work and activities for the area of responsibility. Responsible for loan software, tracking, inputting and maintenance of the current lending program and administrative/program accounting system. Shall operate the day to day Fund’s accounting system and the lending program as directed by the Executive Director, this includes: being responsible for financial management of the non-profit organizations specialized rules for the non-profits, developing loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation. Will be responsible to the NCDF Executive Director and the Board and engage in community organization, fund-raising and public relations. An accounting certificate or related education with two (2) years of experience is required, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. Requires two (2) years’ experience in institutional lending, accounting or related field. Applicant must indicate extent of experience in non-profit fund raising, financial lending or accounting. The Nez Perce Tribe is a drug free work environment, pre-employment drug testing required. Requires a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy. Must provide a current motor vehicle report (MVR) where you have been licensed to drive within the last three (3) years. This position closes 2/24/17.(Grade 17)
